I didn't want to say goodbye and will be back. I greatly enjoyed the hotel, its beautiful room and courteous staff. My room included a mini bar, climate control, and flat-screen television. The property had a great location, close to a subway station. I had coffee at Antico Caffe' San Pietro, located within 15 minutes walk...
Nothing for me.

No safe in the room!!! The narrow, steep staircase was a disaster during busy times!!! Could use better soundproofing for a more restful experience!!!

The staff were really good, from serving custom-made cappuccinos to remembering how I liked my eggs. The location couldn't be better, just a stone's throw from the Vatican, with a lovely street full of restaurants and cafes right outside. The breakfast offered a fantastic spread that included eggs cooked to order and a variety of coffees. The room was tastefully decorated and offered all the modern amenities.
Nothing major!

The room was super comfy and had a beautiful modern vibe with classic touches. It was super clean, and quiet too, perfect for a good night's sleep. The location was a win, just a short walk from the center. Plus, breakfast was seriously good with lots of options. Only small downside was the street could get a bit crowded at times.

The staff was amazing, greeting me with genuine warmth and even preparing my coffee with a lot of love and enthusiasm. the location was perfect, right next to a famous landmark. the room had a lovely boutique feeling that I really enjoyed.
The lack of emergency stairs and the situation with the bed were major issues. It felt unsafe not having a proper emergency exit, and having a bed taken without any notice was unacceptable.
